News:

The final exam will be Tuesday 12/16 at 9:30 am in 358 VAN (the usual classroom).

Review problems on chapters 1-3 for the final. Use the previous set of problems for chapters 4-5. Also, review the homework.

Exam #2 is moved to Tuesday December 12.

Equation sheet for exam #2 is now available. Please review for errors/typos.

The final exam will be in 358 VAN at 9:30 am on Tuesday December 16.

The textbook is Astrophysics in a Nutshell by Dan Maoz.
