1. (3 pt) Using the Random walk
simulation available on the class web site, find the full width at
half maximum (FWHM) of the distribution of walk lengths when the
number of steps equals and 5, 25, 100, 225. Run at last 1000
trials for each case. Plot the FWHM versus number of steps and
see if you can find an approximate function form describing the
relation. Note that the full width at half maximum is
defined as the number of walk lengths having a number of trials
greater than half the maximum number of trials for any walk length.
